When designing a multilingual website, we took into account English, German and French SEO optimisation from the outset, ensuring international visibility and consistency across markets.

During the rebranding, the entire domain and technical migration was handled in such a way that the previous SEO values and rankings were fully backed up, so the new site launched stably.

Rosental Dental used to work with a full-service marketing agency, but the results were not as expected: their website was outdated, their visibility was low and their marketing processes were not transparent.

The development team working on the new site was looking for an expert digital marketing partner. They found us through their network of contacts and asked us to guide them through the entire site development. It was important that Rosental Dental not only target Hungarian patients, but also Western European ones, so a multilingual SEO strategy had to be considered from the very first steps of the design.

The client didn't have a marketing person at the time, so they relied entirely on us to guide them. Later on, we were joined by an in-house marketer, with whom we were also able to work smoothly.

  • We have defined how to manage the different languages (in a separate domain or in a domain structure).
  • SEO-optimised English, German and French translations.

 

Migration and domain switching

  • As part of the rebranding, we changed domains and managed the entire technical transition.
  • The SEO value of the previous domain has been migrated to the new structure.

 

Interim solutions during the long development period

  • We have set up temporary SEO and PPC solutions to maintain visibility.
  • Campaigns are constantly optimised to ensure that the customer only spends rationally.

 

Results and lessons learned

In the first 8-10 months of the project, Rosental Dental has already achieved top 5 rankings for key services in Hungarian searches - one of the strongest and most competitive healthcare markets.

International visibility has also started to be built, supported by multilingual SEO, a translation system and link building.

Project management support was required on several occasions during the development period. From our site, we actively represented the interests of SEO, UX, branding and PPC, and successfully smoothed out any conflicts of interest that arose, so that the project progressed steadily.
