I worked for more than 5 years at event planning in the world as a project manager and as an operations manager. After that, I took a brief detour: I taught sewing to children and adults. Finally, I stumbled upon online marketing, which opened up a whole new world for me – I loved it from the very first moment! Although the two fields are very different, I feel that the necessary skills are similar: smooth organization of complex processes, problem solving and team management.

I have been working at HiData- where initially project management was my main responsibility, which later billing has been completed. And since February 2025, as an operations manager I manage the day-to-day operations of the agency. I like it when accuracy more demanding tasks flexibility and creativity are mixed with demanding tasks – for me, the different areas complement each other perfectly, because I always find them challenging.

I love to spend my free time actively: hiking, cycling, exploring new places or just gardening. The time I spend with my daughters is very precious, they are the dearest people in my heart. And I try to leave room for more relaxing activities: socialising, reading or any kind of craft from sewing to soap making, furniture tuning to kitchen tricks.
