How we doubled FoodRevolution's organic sales in 12 months

2x

more turnover in a year

Thanks to the technical and content SEO improvements, FoodRevolution's website has doubled its organic visitors in a year, building a stable, free traffic for the brand.

Top 3-5

ranking for the main keywords

Dedicated landing pages and focused link building quickly put the brand at the top of the search results for the most important keywords.

Improving CTR

and decreasing advertising pressure

As organic visibility increased, paid advertising costs decreased while traffic increased.

FoodRevolution delivers premium, health-conscious menus to your door (vegan/vegan, „all-free”, fit options). Despite the quality of the service, they did not appear well in organic search: visibility was low, the brand was difficult to identify for key search terms.

Based on the audit, we identified several factors that hindered the ranking: slow performance on key pages (Core Web Vitals), duplicate meta elements and fragmented internal linking structure.

On the content side, landing pages covering high search intent were missing (e.g. „all-you-can-eat lunch to go”, „vegan lunch order”, „fit/healthy lunch”).

If these shortcomings persist, the brand will continue to rely on paid advertising, the traffic it gains will remain costly, and competitors will steadily outperform it on high-intent keywords.

2) Steps to the solution

The strategy is built on three pillars:

  1. Technical basics
  2. Content positioning
  3. Authentication/link profile

Technical SEO: By improving Core Web Vitals, we've accelerated key pages, consolidated duplicate title/meta/H1 elements, and introduced a new, transparent internal link structure so that „all-free-vegan-fit” themes reinforce each other, not compete with each other.

Content SEO: Based on keyword research, we have created dedicated landing pages for the most important search intentions („all-you-can-eat weekly menu for home”, „vegan/vegan lunch order”, „fit/healthy lunch for office/home”). The content helps user choice (who to target, what to get, how much, how to order) while meeting search engine expectations.

Link building: We have strengthened credibility with selected, thematically relevant publications; we have focused on quality, not quantity.
During the implementation, we worked directly with the development team in daily coordination and took over the coordination of SEO tasks to ensure that critical changes were made on time and as planned.

3) Results and lessons learned

The combination of new technical foundations, landing pages and a focused link profile resulted in improved rankings and increased click-through rates in a short period of time.
FoodRevolution has achieved top positions in the „everything free”, „vegan/vegan” and „fit/healthy lunch” themes, and the organic channel provides stable, predictable traffic.

The increase in search presence has also improved the efficiency of paid traffic: for the same search intent, organic and paid results work together, which can reduce the ad cost per conversion and balance the channel mix.

Aligning technical implementation, content and project coordination is crucial to the success of a project. The value of an SEO strategy is realised when it is implemented in a timely and accurate manner in the development process. Read our blog article on this topic!
